JERRY HILLEREN,>
the President, has been in the healthcare industry since 1975, specifically in healthcare recruiting
since 1981. The surgical and interventional arenas have been his areas of
greatest focus. His efforts to advance the profession and his personal skills,
have brought him to leadership roles in the professional organizations of
The Minnesota Association of Personnel Services, and First Interview Network,
serving on the Board of Directors of both organizations.
Jerry is a Minnesota native, graduate of University of Minnesota, active
in the public schools, youth soccer and all forms of outdoor activities.

JIM COLAIZY,>
a Director, has healthcare and sales/management experience originating in
1971, which encompasses med/surg distribution, medical capital equipment
and contract manufacturing. Jim's recruiting experience has focused on both
the domestic and international markets, with emphases in medical marketing,
med/surg sales and pharmaceutical sales.
Jim is a Minnesota native and a graduate of the University of Minnesota,
with a MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He is a dedicated family man
and enjoys long-distance running.

ED YOUNG,>
a Consultant, has been in medical sales recruiting since 2004. Most recently,
his experience has been in the areas of medical device in the upper midwest.
Ed has resided in Minnesota since 1985, and is a graduate of Kalamazoo College
in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is active in the game of Rugby as a player and coach for youth
and young adults. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
